Indian cricket legend Sachin Tendulkar delighted his fans by making a comeback on the field after years, participating in the One World One Family Cup 2024 in Bengaluru.
Tendulkar took charge as captain of ‘One World,’ engaging in a thrilling affair against Yuvraj Singh’s ‘One Family’ at the Sri Sathya Sai Grama stadium in Muddenahalli.
Yuvraj Singh-led side set a mammoth target of 180 runs for the loss of six wickets in 20 overs. Yusuf Pathan (38) and Yuvraj Singh (23) also made useful contributions but it was the wicket of Maddy picked by Tendulkar which stole the limelight.

Sachin Tendulkar then dazzled his fans, scoring a quick 27 off 16 balls with three boundaries and a six. One World successfully chased the target in 19.5 overs, propelled by Alvaro Petersen’s impressive 50-ball 74.
Muralitharan, playing for the One Family team, took Sachin Tendulkar’s wicket on his opening delivery as the Indian batting legend’s aggressive shot fell short, caught skillfully by Mohammad Kaif at long-on.
