India’s tour of England took a fun turn off the field as the Men in Blue visited Old Trafford – but this time, not the cricket one. The Indian team was spotted at Manchester United’s home ground, where players swapped jerseys with the Red Devils, clicked pictures, and soaked in some football fever.
Kuldeep Yadav, a big-time football fan, shared a post on X praising Manchester United’s manager Ruben Amorim. He captioned it, “Sharing football knowledge with the man who’s redefining the game #RubenAmorim.”
But the post caught the eye of someone who’s not too fond of Man Utd, former England batter Kevin Pietersen. A vocal Chelsea supporter, KP didn’t miss a chance to take a dig.
“Very very very poor football team,” he replied, taking a cheeky jab at the club Kuldeep adores.

Kuldeep didn’t hold back either. In true sporting spirit, he clapped back:
“Very, very good human being, just like you.”
The exchange lit up social media, with fans loving the lighthearted back-and-forth between the two.
Meanwhile, other players also had their share of fun. Rishabh Pant gifted a signed cricket bat to Manchester United captain Bruno Fernandes.
Mohammed Siraj even bowled a few deliveries to Harry Maguire, while Gautam Gambhir shared a frame with Ruben Amorim.
India, however, will now shift focus back to cricket. They’re trailing 1-2 in the five-match Test series, with the fourth Test at Old Trafford (cricket ground this time) around the corner.
