Indian opener Smriti Mandhana recorded yet another century against South Africa, marking her as the first Indian woman to score consecutive centuries in ODI cricket history.

Smriti Mandhana took on the challenge with determination, hitting a century from just 103 balls against South Africa’s robust bowling at the M. Chinnaswamy Stadium.
No Indian woman before her has managed to achieve this feat. Additionally, she has now become the batter with the joint highest number of ODI centuries in Indian women’s cricket history.

Smriti Mandhana scored 117 runs in the first ODI against South Africa. She stood out as the sole warrior for India as the Women in Blue registered a 143-run victory and a 1-0 lead in the three-match series.
