The Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) granted no-objection certificates (NOCs) on Tuesday to 12 male cricketers, allowing them to join various franchise leagues around the world.
Notably, the Pakistan Cricket Board has implemented a policy stating that no national player can participate in more than two overseas leagues per year.
Here are the 12 players who received NOCs from PCB:
Fakhar Zaman, Mohammad Amir, Abrar Ahmed, Haris Rauf, Mohammad Haris, Mohammad Hasnain, Salman Ali Agha, Shadab Khan, Sharjeel Khan, Usama Mir, Sohaib Maqsood, and Zaman Khan.

Meanwhile, the Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) has denied no-objection certificates (NOCs) for Babar Azam, Shaheen Afridi, and Mohammad Rizwan for participation in Canada’s Global T20.
According to details, the cricketers have requested NOCs for the league, and the PCB has reached out to the International Cricket Council (ICC) regarding the Global T20’s affiliation.
The NOC decision will be made after receiving clarification from the ICC. Notably, seven Pakistani stars were selected by teams for the GT20, including Babar Azam, Mohammad Rizwan, Shaheen Afridi, Asif Ali, Mohammad Amir, Iftikhar Ahmed, and Mohammad Nawaz.
