The ninth edition of the Pakistan Super League (PSL) 2024 is just a week away, with the opening match set to be played between Lahore Qalandars and Islamabad United on February 17 at Gaddafi Stadium, Lahore.
Ahead of the tournament, Pakistan all-rounder and Islamabad United‘s captain, Shadab Khan, along with Naseem Shah, have joined the team.

Naseem Shah sustained a severe shoulder injury during the 2023 Asia Cup in September, rendering him inactive ever since as he underwent surgery and has been recuperating on the sidelines.

On the other hand, Pakistan all-rounder Shadab Khan has been experiencing a challenging period in his career, as he has recently been dropped from the Pakistan T20I team due to poor form.
Naseem Shah will definitely be aiming for a strong comeback after missing out on a ton of cricket action, while Shadab Khan is determined to shine with both bat and ball to reclaim his spot in the Pakistan team.
