IPL 2022: Better Execution of plans needed, Kane Williamson stated after SRH’s defeat

Kane Williamson stated after SRH's defeat

Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Kane Williamson stated after SRH’s Defeat on Tuesday that his team will need to improve a little and execute their ideas better in the future IPL 2022 matches after losing by 61 runs to Rajasthan Royals here.

Kane Williamson stated after SRH’s defeat that his team got off to a terrific start, with pacer Umran Malik clocking 150 kilometres per hour in the opening over. After that, things went sour for them as his bowlers bowled a few no-balls, allowing Rajasthan Royals to post a daunting 210/6 at the Maharashtra Cricket Association Stadium in Mumbai.
In response, SRH were unable to deal with the Rajasthan Royals’ bowling because to the pitch’s movement, which their opponents took advantage of to restrict them to 149/7.

“I think we got off to a great start with the ball.” We’ve seen swing and assistance with the new ball in all games – you have to try to make some breakthroughs. We appeared to be a good bet, but there were some minor flaws. “It was a good surface, and they’re a difficult team to stop,” Williamson said following the encounter on Tuesday.
“For us, we need to think about it logically, and there are a few things we can do better.” T20, on the other hand, throws some curveballs to you, so keep your chin up.”
When asked about the no-ball issue, the New Zealander stated they would have to work on it.

“As a side, it’s not something we’re used to. It was unexpected. That is something we do not want to be doing. It denotes further deliveries, and taking a wicket off it is never pleasant. “There are a lot of things you can’t control,” Williamson explained.
Umran Malik, according to the New Zealand captain, is an exciting prospect who will undoubtedly improve with more matches.
“(He’s) Exciting, with a fast tempo.” He’s young, has some experience from last year, and will undoubtedly improve,” he added.
Kane Williamson stated after SRH’s defeat that his team has a few days off before the next game and will use this time to sit down and discuss things.

“We’ve got to sit down, we’ve (got) a few days before the next game. We know the nature of T20 can be fickle. We were put under pressure in the first innings’ second half, and for us, as a young team, we need to be nice and clear on what we want to execute. We want to learn,” he said.
