“The ODI team has got few opportunities and hasn’t played since July,” he explained.
“However, with only roughly 18 months before the next ICC 50-over World Cup in India, we’ll start stepping up our preparations with nine matches this summer and a busy winter ahead against quality opponents,” he continued.
England will try to overtake Bangladesh at the top of the CWCSL table, but they’ll have to beat the Netherlands 3-0 to do it.
