The 25th match of the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2024 will be played against Mumbai Indians and Royal Challengers Bengaluru. The contest will witness Mumbai Hosting RCB on 11th April from 7:30 pm at Wankhede Stadium in Mumbai.
Mumbai Indians has finally gained back the momentum in the last game they won against Delhi Capitals. With just one win in four games, they are in 8th position in the point table.
While Royal Challengers Bengaluru have lost all the momentum with three consecutive defeats in three games. RCB is at 9th position with only one win which came against Punjab Kings at home.
MI played an attacking brand of cricket and never looked a bad team either on paper nor on the field except that RR game but RCB has been ordinary with his bowling and batting except Virat Kohli being the line warrior.
RCB will be led by Faf Du Plessis and MI will be led by Hardik Pandya.
Here are some records that could be broken in the match –

The Australian All-rounder Glenn Maxwell has been ordinary with the bat this season but that is the worth of players like him who perform in other aspects if one aspect has been down. Maxwell has been decent with the ball taking crunch wickets but he has been an excellent fielder. Glenn Maxwell (45) needs five more catches to reach 50 catches in IPL.
RCB and MI is a much anticipated because of the Indian Legends being part of their respective teams and this is expected to break many records.
