Indian spinner Amit Mishra has revealed that Gautam Gambhir approached Virat Kohli to end their feud, which, according to him, should have been the other way around.
Notably, Gambhir and Kohli, known for wearing their hearts on their sleeves, engaged in an ugly fight during the IPL 2023 season when RCB visited Lucknow to play against the Lucknow Super Giants.

However, Gambhir and Kohli reconciled during the IPL 2024 season, sharing a hug during the KKR vs RCB match in Bengaluru. They were also spotted having deep conversation in Kolkata.
During an interview on YouTuber Shubhankar Mishra’s show, Amit discussed the issue and revealed that Gautam Gambhir was the one who initially reached out to mend things with Virat Kohli.

“I saw a good thing about Gautam. Virat Kohli didn’t go towards him, Gautam went towards him. He went and asked ‘How are you, how’s your family.’ So it was Gautam who ended the feud and not Kohli.”

“So Gautam showed his big heart at that time. It should have been Kohli who should have gone and ended the feud. He should have gone and said ‘Gauti bhai, let’s end this,’” said Amit Mishra.

Although it should’ve been done by Kohli as he made the issue bigger & dragged it.”As they say – ???????????????????????????? ????????????????????????,… pic.twitter.com/DAKxrcUZDe— KKR Vibe (@KnightsVibe) July 15, 2024
