In a troubling revelation, James Vince, a World Cup-winning cricketer from England, has spoken out about two disturbing incidents involving attacks on his family home, apparently due to a mistaken identity.
In a report published by The Telegraph, the English opener revealed that his family residence in Hampshire had experienced two attacks within the last three months. Vince currently resides there with his wife and their two children.

Vince recalled how three months ago, his family was awakened in the dead of night by the sound of shattering glass. Both their house and cars had been vandalised in the incident. Just over a month later, after completing repairs, the Vince family once again attacked.
Here’s what James Vince said:

“If anyone knows anything, or sees anything in the footage of the attack that could lead to anything, please contact us or the Hampshire Police. It could be the final piece of information we need to find out what is going on and get our lives back to normal.”

“We have received great support locally, and from within cricket. We have also enlisted private security personnel, who have found some key information, which is promising. Anything more that anyone knows would be fantastic, though, because this has to end.”

In response to the attacks, James Vince received support from Hampshire, the ECB, and the Professional Cricketers’ Association. Private intelligence firms were enlisted to investigate; however, they have not obtained any details so far.
